Agricultural food science combined with nutrition and public health medicine
JAFSNHS covers food safety within agricultural production systems, food security, nutrition science, and the public health/medical outcomes of diet and nutrition.
The journal welcomes submissions connecting agricultural food-system practice (production, processing, safety) to a nutritional or public-health-medicine outcome — pure agronomy or pure clinical nutrition alone, without that connection, falls outside scope.
